I’m Margaret Telford, also known as Margie, and I’m a creative collaborator, WordWhisperer, editor, writer, and teacher. I am an explorer of the inner and outer worlds — a wanderer of words and a wonderer of everything in this world.

And I’m here to help you with your transformation. I can do this in a number of ways, including helping you to write your book and honing, perfecting, and polishing your words for publication (or for your website, newsletter, blog posts etc) until they sparkle and represent who you truly are and what you do.

I have a knack for putting words together in just the right way, for finding that grammatical or spelling error (that’s the easy part), navigating through the tempestuous waters of your creativity, resolving conflicts on the page, and inspiring you to keep going. I’ve devoted most of my life to exploring, chasing down my own dreams, learning this thing called the English language, and finding a way to fulfil my own creative potential. When you work with me, you can expect a creative collaborator — someone who will get your vision; someone who will help you perfect your art; someone who will guide you to craft content that comes from your heart and speaks to your clients and readers at the deepest of levels.

Perhaps you’re looking to enhance your writing, proofreading, and editing skills. I’ve previously taught writing, editing, and publishing at a university and now provide training one-on-one and for corporate clients with each course tailored to your specific needs.

As an editor and writer with 15 years’ experience, an ex-bookshop owner, and a teacher, it won’t surprise you to discover that I rejoice in words and love a challenge.
